Ductwork By Design Limited is a medium sized ductwork company with over seventeen years experience in contracting, covering all aspects of draughting, manufacture and installation of bespoke ductwork systems in the commercial, retail, public and industrial sectors throughout the UK.
We offer a flexible service, combined with a commitment to meet the demands of today’s construction industry. All our staff hold "Skill Card" accreditation and every installation is assessed in accordance with our health and safety policy and carried out to our "Standard Fitting Procedures".
We have a well equipped workshop able to handle anything from the smallest supply only item, to contracts valued up to one million pounds.
Our drawing office utilise the latest "CAD/CAM 3D" draughting and modelling applications with "AutoCad" that enables a highly detailed and accurate ductwork model to be produced. This can then be directly downloaded to our plasma cutting and coil line manufacturing systems, this enables us to meet fast track project requirements.
We can manufacture ductwork to meet all the pressure specifications in "DW144" and have successfully completed large scale research facilities with specifications above "DW144".
